I have a mole on my face, smaller than a pencil eraser but still noticeable and I noticed a whitehead on it. When I squeezed it, pus came out. I'm just wondering if it's normal for a mole to sometimes get acne? I can't remember if this has happened to me before or not.

I don't know about normal but it is certainly possible.

I have one mole that often developes a pimple under it.

Of course it's possible, stop stressing. Pimples can come up anywhere and i know someone who has a mole on her face and it felt sore one day so she squeezed it gently and it was a pimple right on top of the mole. Once the pus had been squeezed out it healed up quite normally.
