No name x Asked: how long will it take to see a minor improvement with the duac once daily gel?

I have mild to moderate acne near my nose and on my forehead but it's enough to irritate me so much! I feel so insecure about it because i've been getting comments about it from other's which has now started to upset me and make me have a low self esteem.
I went to my GP and he prescribed me Duac Once Daily Gel and Tetralysal capsules ( Lymecycline 408mg caps). I've used it for two days now and to be honest i dont think i've seen any improvements yet but others say they can see it. I've noticed that i've got a few more pimples growing in between my eyebrows after i have used this. Do you think i should carry on using it and how long will it take to show atleast a minor improvement. Will the medication also fade down my pimple scars/marks that I have near my nose?
